After the host's enthusiastic opening, Director Lin Lezhu of the Human Resources and Administration Center announced the exciting selection results:
The Human Resources and Administration Center, User Operation Center, and IT Center have won the title of "Five-star Benchmark" with their excellent performance; the Online Car-hailing Business Department, Product Planning Department, Risk Control Center, and Brand Operation Department have been rated as "Four-star Rising Stars" with their remarkable achievements; the Financial Leasing Business Department, Business Support Center, and Supply Chain Center have won the honor of "Three-star Strivers".




Next, the representatives of the "Five-star Benchmark" teams took the stage first to share their experiences. Every word reflects the true portrayal of the team's hard work.
Vice President Su Xiaojin of the User Operation Center shared, "Our department has always implemented a point reward system.
